3. Non-custodial products and signatures
The Bitano trading interface is described as non-custodial: supported actions are signed by the user’s wallet, and users remain responsible for their wallet, keys, approvals, transactions, collateral, leverage, and positions. Never share a seed phrase or private key.
A user interface does not control the underlying blockchain, smart contracts, validators, order books, or third-party protocol. A transaction may be irreversible once signed and submitted.

Cryptoassets and derivatives involve volatility, leverage, funding, slippage, liquidation, smart-contract, oracle, network, custody, phishing, regulatory, and total-loss risks. Use only capital you can afford to lose and perform your own assessment.
